There has never been a better first 11 months in Belfair home sales in the community's history! During this time, 31 homes in the Belfair area have sold at a median price of $575,000. Home sales in Port Royal Plantation on Hilton Head Island, SC are booming! In the first eleven months of 2013, 67 Port Royal Plantation homes have sold at a median price of $590,000. The 67 homes that have sold are the highest number of sales in Port Royal Plantation over the first eleven months of any year since 2007. This is 27 more homes than were sold in the same time period last year, an increase of 67.5 percent!
